Return Policy

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction so please if you are unsatisfied for any reason please email us at returns@southernmessboutique.com and we will work our hardest to rectify the situation. 

Clean, Unworn, and unused merchandise  that has NOT been monogrammed or personalized can be returned hassle free within 7 days. Items must still have original tags attached. The items must also be free of any odors including but not limited to tobacco or body. Clearance items are Final Sale. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Once merchandise is received and inspected a refund will be given in the form of store credit. Original shipping costs will not be refunded including when paid by Southern Mess. 

If your item is found to have a manufacturer defect please promptly submit pictures of the defect to: returns@southernmessboutique.com Once we receive and inspect the item we will exchange it for another of the same with our sincerest apologies. 

Due to the nature of personalization ALL SALES ARE FINAL on anything personalized, custom designed, or monogrammed. Bags, Jewelry, hats, hair accessories, blankets, scarves, makeup, bath and body products, and bodysuits are also non returnable. 


There are absolutely no refunds or returns on custom orders, no exceptions.
